yes it is. the only thing the monte has better is because it is more touch sensitive.the jet has more memory, has a landscape keyboard, more downloadable programs, faster wifi and more

@tideLude interesting to know opera works. i use it all the time on my lg viewty, however there's an annoying black navigation bar beneath it. Is this the same with the jet? or can you use literally FULL screen with Opera?

web browsing is quite fast and responsive yes, and flash support is a great thing. In fact I use the web browser quite often.

well i don't know, maybe yout phone provider does not allow video streaming. Try another website like dailymotion to see if it's the same.
