I am disgusted by this. Zeus was NOT a real god. He was just a story told by some really really good story tellers. Even if he was a REAL god, he could never touch JESUS who may I add is GOD. Zeus is not even in the same book as the almighty one. Hell, he isn't even in the same library. The real GOD could crush Zeus with out even laying a finger on him.

I just want to say something as a Greek, the Romans didn't named the planets but the Greeks did. The ancient Greeks were the first who studied the universe and new about the other planets. @greenyitus But Zues is the god of the heavens, which is even higher than olympus. While typhoon is as big as the mountains or heavens or something along those lines, forgot exactly. Typhon could probally beat poseidon, but Zues couldn't really beat him alone either, Typhon is very dangerous.

@LightxKira5643: interesting facts, but you're wrong in most of them. abrahamic old testament traditions appeared centuries before than greek religion. do some research and you'll find it. the torah (the first 5 books of the bibble) was written almost 6 centuries before than the firstst greek scriptures. also christian traditions(primitive one, not catholic, catholic tradition predated a lot of other mythologies) were derived from the Hebrew tradition, which was entirely separate from Greece.

Heck they already have pointed out various facts, it has as much facts against it than Greek mythology. I believe in gods, multiple. But the thing is that religions get it so wrong, we only have so much to go on so we act like hosts of gods and write out stories and get completely mixed up. But I Believe gods were located but weren't like "let's write a book"

He could potentially beat his brothers and stuff too, the order of importance to the humans though goes from zues to poseidon because the oceans and such were EXTREMILY important to the greeks who heavily did trade.
