Im curious, could you use a trimix with 21% o2 and then a nitrogen, helium mix and do a recreational dive to 40m ? Any advice would be good

AS a matter of fact you can its called recreational trimix, its used to give you a less narcotic effect which is caused by the nitrogen presence in your breathing gas, so what we do is replace some nitrogen with some of the non narcotic gas ( helium in this case) while of course keeping the oxygen at the normal percentage
