I've known her since her first album in Japan, long before she had a U.S. release of her album and I don't watch much anime. So, her American fan-base doesn't mainly come from anime/video-game nerds.

Her first U.S. album kinda flopped, I think if she sticks to her style (the same style of her Japanese music) she'll have more success.

I don't know much about KH but I agree with you that she should stick to the same style that she uses in her japanese music. I absolutely love her japanese songs and the only english song (that I know of) that sounds anything like the japanese style is Kremlin Dusk, which I love. Anyway, I'm so glad I discovered her music. She is such an inspiration :)
