I was born & grew up in Memphis, lived next door to his ranch in South Haven MS (outside of Memphis) and we watched him,Cilla and the boys ride the horses out there in the fields and I was in the Army where he was in Germany,the same Unit too. In 1955 in Memphis ,my Mom was a car hop(a waitress outside). Elvis & some frinds pulled up & were honking the car horn to be waited on. Mom didnt know who it was at the time she said.
