Thank you for posting this in it's entirety ; it's really beautiful. Viewing the entire show fleshes the family out as individuals beyond the initial reaction to their ectrodactyly. Thanks to the family for their generosity in sharing themselves and speaking so personally about their lives, thoughts, etc.
I feel it is my responsibility to advocate for all those individuals who may go unheard. It is also my responsibility to educate the people who do not understand these many differences between us. Some people DESPERATELY need that education, and in some instances they could use an extra dose of humanity to go along with their ignorance. = D
Your son will find his niche, and I hope until that time that he will do his best to speak out against cruelty and unwarranted fear. Empowerment is key.
