It's easy to "run as fast as you can for as long as you can" while you are drugged to the bones, and you dont feel tierd and get invaded by all the thinkings of stopping or "this is insane, please stop"

Denis has what you call Gigantism or (Acromegaly), which is excessive growth in the pituitary gland in the brain caused by a tumor. His hand size is do to the extra GH (growth hormone) that is being produced. To me, he seems only to have a mild case because it can be rather severe for some or life threatening needing a operation.
