Seems like there are more good reviews than bad, and I have a stubborn belly that is not affected by any amound of excercise or dieting I do, so I am really excited. Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it.
...I also went to my doctor for a heart consult to make sure my heart could handle taking a fat burner. I'm not one to take any kind of fat burner or diet pill without going to the good ole trusty doctor first.
It works for me. Didn't land me in the ER nor gave me tummy problems. I east 6 small meals a day and have healthy snacks in between. I ate this way and worked out a month and a half prior to taking Apidexin with no weight loss results. My goal was to lose 10 pounds but after losing 6 pounds in 8 days, my muscles were giving me the toned figure I wanted and decided I was happy with the 6lb weight loss. I've been off them for 3 weeks and have lost another pound and am happy with my resuts! :)

i got a quick question, should i take breads, pasta, or any source of carbohydrates that has to do with flour in order for apidexin to work for me at full potential
I don't suggest taking this pill. I took it for 2 months, and it DID work, but it messed me up and gave me health problems that I'm dealing with even now.

When I first started taking this I was pretty nauseated. I'd say about two weeks and that subsided. It may have been the detox that caused the nausea more than the Apidexin. However the next time I took the detox formula- no nausea. I have been working out pretty hard and being carefull with what I eat. Just got these. Not only am I going to take these...I am going to combine it with working out.
I am at a plateu...I went from 228 to 193...I look good...But I need to get more cut before I start my muscle building process.
