What do these guys actually do? Do they arrest people when they get into a fight? Do they patrol? Why do they just stand there? Can they move at all? How long do they stand there for?
no they dont arrest people and they stand their like a statue for an hour until they switch. they are there just ceremonially and they dont actually do anything except do lots of tricks with there rifles when they switch...

@xiaolintraditional90 They are a cermonial honor guard like at America's Arlington Cemetery. They stand duty to honor the fallen.
