  • is the co2 even going in the water? it looks like its just in the bottle :S

  • Yea, it goes and helps the plants, ALOT.

  • If you have a considerable amount of plants, which you do, and you're injecting enough CO2, which you are, the 02 from the plants will supply more than enough oxygen for the fish during the day. At night, when the plants aren't photosynthesizing, you can aerate if you find your fish gasping. But with that much surface agitation, you're probably losing 30-50 percent of what you inject right off. Do you have a drop checker or ability to test for hardness and pH? Very nice injector, BTW.

  • @bucketheadisamaster You're right, the air bubbles work against the CO2, but it is needed for the fishes.

    I plan to change the to an external filter with enough power to make ripples on the surface, so it could solve enough O2 into the water, without affecting the CO2.
