  • Awsome tutorial!!! Thank you for sharing & being very descriptive & detailed. I currently use black soap & I will have to try adding the sugar to exfoliate.

  • TURN OFF YOUR WATER WOMAN! You just wasted so much clean water. You clearly don't understand how precious clean/safe water is....

  • @MrHispazzy - ha glad you so concerned...my bad, will do next time.

  • @Jacquee22 totally just bought some of this soap by the way. thanks for the review!

  • Great review of the African Black Soap Buy it at iherb.com and you get $5 on your first order :) Use the discount code: daj756

  • ...informative video...west indian by any chance...hint hint accent

  • WOW U ARE FUCKING GORGEOUS! SO SEXY ..SO HOT...SO LADY LIKE ....

  • Brown sugar is best bcus it contains.. the natural form of glycolic acid, which exfoliates the skin naturally. Aside from the chemical glycolic peels.

  • Can I still use salt on the face? What about brown sugar?

  • thanks for this tutorial!!, do you know were i can get some of this soap from? and are all the ingredients natural? thanks

  • @ally786 - you can find it for a reasonable price on Amazon. Yes it is all natural.

  • @Jacquee22 ok thanks!

  • Your skin looks great!

  • buy online from iherb.com! Use code KOY923 for $5.00 off your first purchase! :)

  • Thanks for the tip. I will be putting this in my rotation. Now I see you don't wet your face before you start to exfoliate, does it matter if the face is wet or dry? I've started using paper towels to dry my face instead of a cloth or towel.

  • @PearlyPeach1 - I actually do wet my face prior to putting on the ABS scrub. I will have to try a paper towel. Thanks for your tip.

  • your accent is from?, and i tried this..felt great on the skin! merci!

  • @Bradshawbeats Sound Bajan

  • @nicketams yeah i thought the same lol

  • @KendraDiggs07 - my moisturizer is by proactive or I use a very light cocoa butter, nothing to fancy. My primer is home made using a blend of cocoa butter and aloe. I also make eyelid primer with it as well to help control the oily spots on my face such as my lids.

  • Wow I never thought of using sugar with my black soap. I use the du du osun black soap. Do you have to use the regular black soap with the sugar?

  • @26aowens - no you can try it with any kind of soap, the sugar simply helps exfoliate the skin.

  • @Jacquee22 Ok thanks.

  • does this soap help with acne scars and blackheads? Where can I buy this from? How much does it cost? Very, very, nice tutorial ...

  • @GumBallCityChanel - Yes it does help with scars, You can buy on amazon pretty cheap or a health store. It cost between $3.50-$6.00.

  • @Jacquee22 - I picked up 2 new bars today from a place in my area called The Golden Almond and paid $2.99.

  • African black soap is way too alkaline for your hair...it will make your hair too porous....I used it only once on my hair and immediately noticed that my hair was SIGNIFICANTLY brown....i did some research and found out that the soap has a pH of around 9.0 or 10.0...way too alkaline for our hair which needs 4.5-5.5 pH.

African black soap works WONDERS for my skin and i will use it for my skin until I die!!!! :)

Thanks for the vid... addING sugar to my cleanser...it WORKS like MAGIC! :)

  • thanks

  • @Brenda0600 - Thank you

  • NO IT WASNT A BAD JOKE. I KNOW A WOMAN WITH A MUSTACHE LIKE AL SHARPTON LMAO

  • Very nicely made video, audio is good which is usually 90% of what makes the technical quality of such videos. Content is great with interesting tips. I'm finding out that some people call "black soap" soap made with olives and not plantain. One concern I have is the use of palm oil - which appears to be used in black soap - as usually it is associated with destroying natural habitat for various species.

  • @ghooba - Thanks so much for commenting, you are correct palm oil does affect natural habitat, more so the rainforest and peatlands. Good for our skin but bad for nature.

  • You can find it online fort about $6-$8.

  • real nice video..i´ve to get some ABS hope i found some in germany^^
