any song's tempo is going to vary from group to group, it depends on preference of the players or what the song is even used for. this was used as a kickoff song to get the band and fans moving. if they played it super fast to show off, it would just sound like a jumble to the crowd. also, the walls of our auditorium for this indoor concert of a marching band echo a lot, and will make it sound less clear then if you heard it live. when it was awesome! seriously you guys are great keep it up!

This was good. To be honest I go to to school in Georgia and our marching band has three tubas and we sound clearer. I'm not nessicarily implying we're better musicians, but when it comes to this piece I think we have you beat. The Tuba one part was a little rushed and was pracically drowned out by second and third tuba, but overall good performance.

For a high school band, you're pretty good. But that tempo really killed it. Keep practicing though, the sound was good!

have you heard the original? they played a different version but its alot of errors that are unacceptable regardless of any way you play it. they werent together half the time and the part where the 16th notes were played they sped up and the lead still rushed like crazy.
