@MissMaxine91 its suposed to have "stunning video in low light" (exmor R) is what they call it . I have not tried it much, i do have some video where it was dark. do a search in my videos for Moth rides a frog. lolit was dark but with a utility light.

My handy cam broke last week. Bestbuy said it may be cheaper to just give me a new camera rather then fix whats broken (good thing I have a warantee) They said if so I will be able to upgrade. I will get one like this if so..Cool vid, Mike
Just an FYI, the cable with five jacks including the green and blue, is for hooking up the cam to an HD TV for HD playback. Don't throw them away. The red, yellow and white jacks are for regular analog tv.
Anyone know where I can buy a wireless remote control for the CX130?
If you ever want to edit the video, the pmb disc you tossed is a great program. I was wondering if there is a seperate port by the charger port that says LANC, it is used for a remote control, I cant find any info or any pics about it, please let me know if it does.
I had a lot of problems working with the AVCHD video format that this machine produces, also 1080i looked pretty bad for any type of motion with terrible combing. 1080p looks great though. Wish it had 720p, but Sony left that out! Grrrrr! The slowmo feature doesn't seem to work right, either, and the my manual doesnt even over how to use it at all! But if you don't mind that stuff, then I am impressed with the rest of its features. Its a nice camera!
@pelonissafe yes its a "component cabel' i wont be using that, i only need the usb wire or the sd card to transfer movies to my sony laptop. I dont use hdmi cables to watch my videos on my tv,

@sitonmyfacebook69 No but there is a port that says (A / V R) The book calls this port an a / v remote connector
I know it is used to connect the camera to a television But Not sure if it is also used to attach some kind of Wired remote controller.
