HOWEVER, when the abuse is emotional or mental or due to neglect... you can report until you are blue in the face and the authorities will do NOTHING except open a file and wait until there is PHYSICAL proof of the abuse... opinion based on personal experience. This one was very upsetting. To think that her own father and uncle would do some evil then "fear for their safety". I have noticed in a town, Hugo,Oklahoma when you go to the police with any type of abuse be it animal are children, adult. They do NOTHING!!!

HOWEVER, when the abuse is emotional or mental or due to neglect... you can report until you are blue in the face and the authorities will do NOTHING except open a file and wait until there is PHYSICAL proof of the abuse... opinion based on personal experience. This one was very upsetting. To think that her own father and uncle would do some evil then "fear for their safety". People know that child killers,molesters,and rapist are at the bottom of the totem poll. I would say that the "other uncle and grandmother" failed her even worse. They should have stepped up to the plate and had baby brianna put into a "safer situation. From what I am gathering is that little Brianna was just a way to get more in their welfare check and food stamps.

I have been saddened by most child-abuse cases that I have come across, but this type of senseless and chronic abuse, is very upsetting. It actually invokes anger towards the scum that did this to the helpless Brianna. If there is a God, then hell is now one level deeper.

What she did next was to take photos of bruises on his thighs, etc.& went to the cops w/ the evidence. This was a repeatedly abused child, yet he was GIVEN BACK to these "parents". The cops told the g-ma she HAD to take him back there in spite of his injures or face kidnap charges. AND SHE DID. WHY I will never get my head around. SCREW what the cops said. I almost clicked away when I heard the elephant then see you with it. I thought it was mocking child abuse.. I'm glad I stayed. I had just watched the video about baby Brianna and my heart just sank. I can't imagine why someone would do this to a little baby. Thanks for posting this.. anyone who doesn't report abuse should be held the same as someone who does..
