Uh, it's pretty obvious that the camera just took her lying down on the ground motionless and singing, then took another video of the moving background behind her and put the two together. Duh?

I don't think so. First look at the Hair. It moves while the ground is passing by. It reacts to objects. The next thing is, that in the sand scene, her hand leaves marks in the sand. and look at her arms, when she enters the grass.

Shure, it is possible to pull this off in post, but well, if you ever tried to key out a green background, you know, that this is almost impossible to do, especially if someone is close to it. But there is not enough space to explain that in detail.
