How to modify saiga quad rail to fit a plr 16

where did you get that rail, and how much was it? im gettin an su 16, and i want to try and put that rail on it. from what i can tell, i think that rail will fit the su16 if i modify it the same way you did.i think the plr and su 16 are the same design in that area, the plr barrel is shorter then the su 16 and it doesent hav a butt stock. if i do it wright i think it will look good. thanx
