True, they didn't explain it in manga yet. I'm waiting now for 197 chapter... and I hope they will say more about Kyo and his past. You know, in anime didn't explain anything about Yuyas past. Yuyas brother was killed by a man with a scar on his back ... Kyoshiro killed him, right? But in manga Yuya was adopted by a man who (as Yuya was thinking) was her brother.

Maybe in manga they didn't said anything about how Kyo was born b/c he's a normal human? .......
