i noticed that most of the weapons when equipped with a thermal sight has pretty managable recoil especially compared to MW2 and black ops

1.locked FOV to 60(90 fov is a must)

2.locked max fps(pathetic)

3.ugly bolt snipers(I want a sniper that looks like m24 in BC2 or TPG in AVA

4.dark maps,every map full with stuff on it to help kids hide,no color

5.OP spray guns

6.snipers are nerfed,this game is like hard core mod in mw2 but you get a LOT of hitmarkers with a bolt sniper even in upper body

sad thing is,bf3 is even worse,with retarded visual effects and ruined sniping

Nevermind, just checked the gun stats and the L86 is the weakest LMG in the game. It would have been fine if it had a fast fire rate but the MK46 is stronger and faster.

@nobleprospect I would recommend using Stability to better increase you accuracy at longer ranges. You can also use the Attachments proficiency and pair Thermal with anything and you will have little to no problem handling the hardly existent recoil.

You should have discussed the recoil reduction when crouching/prone. Also, the thermal trick works on most lmgs and some assault rifles, not just the l86.

Actually, in Black Ops, the M16 had a similar effect with both Acog and Thermal, what it did was not to reduce the recoil, but to make the center speed faster, making it more acturate, like the Grip does.

That is what happens there, specially with L86 and MK46 (and while MK46 doesnt get that accurate as the L86, it does have better rate of fire and one less bullet to kill on range, so I think its better xD)
