I've seen it a few minutes ago, it was on nickelodeon (I live in the Netherlands)

It's starts with the marriage of her mother and the doctor, and on that moment Ginger have a relation with an other boy and Darren with an other girl, but than Ginger falls down and than there is a new scene that she is old and she reads her diary to her familie and frieds, and than you see darren with their baby.

yes they got married in the last episode, even if the wedding wasn't shown in the episode in the final part of the episode you could see Ginger reading the whole story of her life which was published and you can see Darren holding a child which was Ginger and his child and Macie Lightfoot and Robert Bishop together and Carl Foutley the title of the last episode was "The Wedding Frame"
