The idea of a dance party in the evening before bedtime has always worked for my three boys. Just put on a favorite CD or make a playlist of songs the kids love and get moving with them! My boys love to dance with me and I want to make sure to enjoy that as long as it lasts!
I am a big fan of the living room dance party! Walking or joggin up and down flights of stairs is a great calorie burner. Coming up with indoor fitness routines that you can do with a friend spouse can create a fun and motivating way to make fitness a habit.
