Some say to block out the senses and go within. I can feel my inner energy system, while I am listening. It's a beautiful feeling. I feel complete. I'm not trying to know anything either. Just listening. But to externals.
While meditating is it necessary to listen with the physical ears? When I am outside in nature I will listen to everything occuring in that moment. For example the birds, the wind, the ttree's swaying, feeling the sun, feeling the breeze. I become the silent observer and my field of awareness eventually expands further and further-I even then begin to feel the imense power of the earth. I bring my awarness into the sky and beyond into the cosmos. Is this a form of meditatilon?
@OmmmYogi If we place our awareness on experiences in the physical world, then we keep ourselves here. If we place our awareness more inside ourselves, on our non-physical inner world, then we take ourselves there.
Ultimately we are consciousness. Where we focus our awareness determines our experience. Namaste.
@ChairmanKiel When I asked the question I was more focusing on manifestation of form and unmanifesting in other dimensions without laws like this one. I'm not being completely ignorant to the entire video, I'm a very spiritual person and I would absolutely consider my self to be 'awake.'
@ChairmenKiel When I asked the question I was more focusing on manifestation of form and unmanifesting and not so much being completely ignorant to the entire video, I'm a very spiritual person and I would absolutely consider myself to be 'awake.'
What exactly do you mean when you say we have the ability to manifest and unmanifest? And how could I do so? Would I need to wait until this life is over and I return to the source.
"What exactly do you mean when you say we have the ability to manifest and unmanifest?"
You need to see beyond his words. What do these ideas mean to you? How do you define yourself, the things you've learned, and what you experience? Eventually, you'll find that you're either just making circles, or hitting a brick wall.
In order to understand what he means, you must first reclaim your understanding for yourself; not continue to mimic others as you've taught yourself.
@MorganDC420 The more we realize ourselves as pure creative Consciousness, the more we awaken our manifestation abilities. This may begin as being able to call into being physical events and experiences.
A deeper development of learning comes when we are able to realize that we are formless awareness and can then simply transport our awareness to any location in time and space.
A fuller experience of mastery is when we can control this body's atomic structure.

@MorganDC420 All of this can be realized while incarnate here on Earth.
