Hey, my friend died 3 years ago today of diabetes and his family set up a charity to help others with Type One Diabetes.. It's called Type One Mission (TOM, his name was Tom) Just wondering if you could support the charity for me.. Us at our school have done lots to help the charity but more help would be appreciated message me on youtube if you want links to the charity etc..
