  • Wow, I'm impressed. I'm not being racist, but your the first white guy to even talk about eating part of the head. Nice job on actually not wasting the fish, like 90% of the guys I watch fillet fish. You made my mouth water when you said you were going to smoke the bottom part, not many guys know that's the best part to smoke.
