For the longest time i wasn't watching these cuz i didn't actually know what they were, turns out they're pretty cool though. I don't even take BJJ but i can still appreciate their skill.
Awesome video by two of the highest level BJJ Players in the game today! I love when they slow it down for us lower belts to follow and understand too! Boa Formiga!
@Joeysantoro Why is it poor? Rafael is NOT a native English-speaker. He explains everything perfectly just as it happens. Stop being so mean and critical if it was for brazilians coming over here and learning English BJJ wouldn't exist here in the United States. They have accents dude thats just the way it is.
@Joeysantoro no problem man. Sorry i snapped at you i didn't mean to. It's just BJJ means a lot to me and I take it very seriously. If it wasn't for BJJ I'd be stuck in my bed completely immobile so it holds a special place in my heart. There are no hard feelings brother. Anytime u speak to foreigners remember if u spoke their language your American accent would come out too. Just listen very closely and ask them to speak slowly.
Formiga is the best!

That microphone musta been covered in spit by the end!
On a serious note though, these Rolling Reflections videos are superb, the Marcelo Garcia one I just watched was spot on :-)
