i dont really understand the point of the BL edition e maxx because the emaxx is made for bashing in all weather (WATER PROOF) (BL edition isnt water proof) and wasnt designed for racing, if you want speed why dont you get a much cheeper and faster rustler vxl also made by traxxas?

@ackboy6 well not every bashing spot is wet or damp, what about a field, plus it is water resistant for general use. may i also mention that you can waterproof the ESC with not too much effort, but be advised it will void warranties. just saying you have options

this thing looks awesome, i used to own 2 nitro maxxes one 2.5 and one 3.3 both were fun but sold them and got a 1/16th revo which is hella fun. but this seems to be basically the maxx with out the tediousness of nitro which is titz.

Had this truck for 3 weeks now, so happy i bought it, durable, fast, a lot of fun, nimble enough to fly around the neighborhood, fast enough for a big wide open space, and durable enough to bash. Stock batteries are good but aftermarket ones make the truck even better, best electric rc vehicle ive ever owned hands down.

@Gunclappa5. hello dude. i,m torn between brushless e maxx and slash 4x4 ultimate. the only thing putting me off e maxx is it,s not waterproof so can only bash in the dry which defeats the point of bashing. [ my opinion ] could you tell me the highs and lows of this truck that you have experienced so far. cheers.
