Keep that body low and drive those legs! Anything that involves pulling or pushing something uses SO much endurance and energy in the whole body. That looks rough. After i get done going though all 6 you have up right now i might go out and give some of these a try. Good job

Anytime kettlebell drags are involved it really does tax the legs but doing drags is my favorite thing it is alot of fun
