if a person is indoctrinated at an early age to a certain idea and part of that idea is corrupt then it stands to reason that the person is corrupt, to say that its the individual who is responsible is laughable, if i was born into a culture that allows rape as a social norm, then the state is responsible, i suggest you research more about this and not make stupid crass statements.
In the end is it not the individual who digests the environment and is personaly responsible for their actions.
