@TRIGMASTER06 The storyline never ended because Eddie was taken off programming because of the drug problems. He was then released in Nov of that year for drunk driving. The storyline was suppose to conclude with Eddie taking Lita away from Matt Hardy with Lita turning heel in the process.

It really is too bad it never happened, that would have been great.

Funny thing is, I heard this was supposed to set up an angle to break up Team Xtreme and have Lita pair with Eddie. However, Eddie got fired shortly after this when he was caught stumbling out of his hotel room in a drunken high in 2001. He got rehired in 2002, and the rest is history.

@guardianshaven eh? he was out with an injury and they cound't finish the storyline off. Matt Hardy said this in his bio. Also the storyline was only cause a stress between Matt and Lita's relationship, not Matt and Jeff's. But I did like this Eddie tryna be part of the team thing.
