For example:

Can it dispense bikes with punctures?

How frequently are bikes serviced?

Is the payment process robust?

If people steal parts of the bikes and return them, does it notice?

Can people then be supplied with an incomplete bike?

I see one small problem with it. could you swipe your card, get a bike, not return the bike and get other bike?
