bodyguardz make some solid products, i find that the iphone bodygaurds loose clarity overtime like they all do however, anyone know what the song at :22 to :38 is?
@bodyguardz I think a better test that will satisfy potential customers is real situational scratch tests, such as applying it on a mobile device, and then dropping it on the sidewalk, dragging it on sidewalk, stepping on the phone, etc.
The baseball test proves it's strong, but not in a way that would matter, since the device behind that vinyl would shatter anyway. We only care about it's scratch resistance.
This doesn't prove anything other than your protective film won't rip very easily. The impact of a softballl would still destroy any device it would cover.
this proves nothing... the force was spread out too much bc it wasnt held tightly. yet I dont really want to buy a product that survives a baseball but only to find my portable device that it was protecting3 broken into 20 pieces.
@middleguymike Yeah, I was going to point out that it proves nothing since they didn't hold it tight; they decreased the force by extending the time of impact so it really means nothing at all.

Cool, now only if it would stop the baseball from breaking my ipad when the armor is on lol. The armor will be okay but my ipad won't.

@middleguymike Exactly... this only proves that the material is strong; but it doesn't necessary mean that it will protect the device from shocks!

@synapses11 They were softballs, hence the softball batting cage. Softballs are normally yellow.

I can't figure out what this video tries to prove. If I drop my device it will still break. If I throw a baseball at it, it'll break...
