Cannabis for me made me realize that life is short and it can be taken away when ever the lord or any ones religious god decided to take it. Pills are bad alcohol is bad and so is tabacco but yet teens still get it in their bodies and yet the government doesn't ban them. All the government wants is the money flow they don't care if anyone dies or loses a love one. Life goes one for everyone and its funny how a plant that grows from dirt is illegal.

Cannabis sativa (pot) and cannabis hemp are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLANTS. Get it right people, they are 2 seperately different species of plants in the same biological family . The hemp has 0 THC, and is used for rope, clothes,foods, oils, so on.

But when we come to the part of puting this ideas into practice than my stand is that it would make you slower and lazier. If we legalized it, we could tax it and make billions, maybe even TRILLIONS. Cannabis sativa (pot) and cannabis hemp are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLANTS. Get it right people, they are 2 seperately different species of plants in the same biological family . The hemp has 0 THC, and is used for rope, clothes,foods, oils, so on.
The "marijuana" can be used for those things but it will have THC. Also calling it marijuana is likely incorrect, it was first known as that in the DEA smear campaigns

A way to get the "negative" view of Marijuana to change,(aka refer madness-that caused so many misconceptions about the drug)
...Is to refer to it to your friends and family ,like "Cat-Nip for humans...."
BY associating weed to something like catnip,you desensitize it and people begin to associate it,as it should be,to something thats natural and not harmful ..

@adamarchambault The only truth to the gateway drug theory is that sometimes hard drugs are sold at the same places as pot, dealers have been known to presure people to try more expensive drugs, thats just another reason it should be sold in stores instead of the black market.

@adamarchambault Pot is easier for kids to get than alcohol, the reason is that with legalization we can control who will get pot with an age limit like alcohol but with prohibition the drug dealers decide who is old enough to get drugs. Lets take control away from drug lords and legalize it.

The ironic thing is, though pot is not that bad for you, putting something in your lungs that you did not grow yourself is very, very dangerous. Pot growers care only about money. They do not leach soon enough and use whatever fertilizer is strongest enough to make plants bigger. I would smoke any manufactured cigarette over a joint that I did not grow myself.

@TheExeter - I agree with everything except taking a cigarette part. The truth is the cigarette companies not only have the bad chemicals and ingredients we know about, but the standards are very low and they too use fertilizers, pesticides, and even genetic modification to make the tobacco grow bigger faster etc. In fact Marijuana is a natural pesticide for many types of pests, while it too is a target of some worms etc. Pesticides can easily be avoided with hemp/MJ, not the case with tobacco

@brainphreak You're 100% right about that. I am just mad lately with an aquaintance who has this nice Blueberry outdoor strain from last summer, but he used some kind of mite spray or something, and you can hardly inhale it without coughing your guts and lungs out. It's gross. Trust me, if you had to choose, you may have a smoke. lol. I avoid that stuff like McDonalds.

But besides that, even if what you say is true, nothing dangerous will happen to you cuz there's no lethal dosage, no strong addiction for most ppl, and its a natural plant, how much can go wrong besides not growing it in the right temperature?

Great video. Sure wish Jack Herer would of lived to see the day it will be legal again. He wrote The Emperor Wears No Clothes and did his best to educate people. It is going on the ballot in Calif. next time to legalize it for recreational use for over 21. I am hoping that will also mean that farmers can grow it for all the other uses for it too.

@LoveFingerboards - wikipedia is powerful for that exact reason... Anyone anytime anywhere can add to google... Wikipedia at LEAST has moderators, not EVERYONE can change it, (go try), and since thousands+ of users read it, when a change comes that is completely inaccurate, the rest of the viewers police themselves and ask for references etc. Nothing is perfect, its only good for 'common knowledge; (like word definitions). Its more useful than a corporate controlled search engine or dictionary

@chwuwd - I dont take joy in making my viewers look stupid, but hemp is NOT legal to grow anywhere. If you are in the US all hemp products you will notice ar eimported, or the raw materials imported. You can HAVE hemp products, and sell them, but you CANNOT grow hemp. Simple as that. Don't think so? I challenge you to list a hemp farm in the US... should be easy right? Actually just go to wikipedia, its probably easier and will explain that the US does not distinguish between Hemp and MJ

@chwuwd - Dude, Im telling you go to wikipedia, do a search online.. Hemp is NOT Marijuana... but the laws in USA make no distinction therefore HEMP AND ALSO MARIJUANA is illegal to grow in the US. If you want to make HEMP soap, textiles, paper etc. you MUST buy your hemp (NOT MARIJUANA) from out of the country as an import. You simply CAN'T grow HEMP in the USA, there is no such permit! In fact you CAN grow medicinal Marijuana in the US in some states (CA). but NOT hemp. Its nonsense but true.

Its simple science... Hemp and Marijuana are two different species... Its not really a 'debate'. I'm all for both Hemp AND Marijuana, but fact remains, Hemp is NOT Marijuana... Some people just like to argue for no reason, I have no choice but to point them to a source to clear the confusion caused
