I live in Japan so I can't watch the show. Thanks for posting this video. I watched videos of Donny and Mya dances, and I'm really bummed that Donny won. MYA and Dmitry were superb. Donny won based on his "personality".

What the hell? She's not a pro ballroom or latin dancer. There is a huge difference between those two and tap. If you say that she has an unfair advatage than you have to say the same for Shawn Johnson and Kristi Yamagotchi(sp?) being that they were professionals in their fields which could also be classified as prior training. Why don't you go ahead and say that Aaron is, too? But seriously, you're an idiot if you think she's any more professional than any of the other celebs.

All those people did indeed have advantages... Shawn Johnson not as much but the others are performers and are trained at memorizing choreography and using their bodies to follow it. With that said, Len is definitely too harsh. I think he has something against the people who came from SYTYCD because he doesn't think they are traditional enough.

And. I still don't think it is fair that a professional dancer and choreographer compete with the other stars.. But maybe the producers also realized that their is a big difference between Hip-hop and ballroom...But only that know ballroom dancing would know the difference.

umm shes not a hip hop dancer fyi she is a tap dancer and just knows how to hip hop dance. she is amazing and she did do amazing but the face that shes a trained dancer makes it harder for her to impress the judges

Len is judging Mya in a way that will bring out the best in her. Yes she dances well but she can dance better, Len sees that and his critiques will drive Mya to find that special something within her.

i understand why Len gives her negative marks...Mya is a Hip- Hop dancer. Not a ballroom dancer...She doesn't have the delicacy and the feminity of a ballroom dancer...she is too strong

WHAT! Are we watching the same show? How can anybody say that Mya is not femine? She is the most femine woman star left in this season. She is graceful & classy.If you have ever seen any of Mya's vd or watched her perform live you would not & could not make that comment I would consider Mya more r&b then hip hop personally. Mya is a trained tap dancer yes, but she is so talented that she could probably perform a lot of dance styles.Len has critisized her b/c he doesnt like the chorography.

Mya is not delicate and femine ENOUGH.. Mya is a great R&B, POP dancer. She is hot in those dances...But there is a difference between the dances. Being hot has nothing to do with true feminality...It has to do with something else. And Hip-hop is not even close to the delicacy and feminality needed in ballroom dancing. To me it would be easier for a ballroom dancer to dance R&B or hiphop, then a R&B hiphop dancer to dance ballroom. I know you don't understand.

I uderstand what you are saying I just totally disagree with you whole hardly! Who is to say what is easier for one type of dancer to adapt too. I think that it is a prejudice statement (I don't mean racial). I think it depends on the indiviusual no matter what their normal style of dance is. None of the stars that are on the show are ballroom dancers that's the whole point.  I think that Shawn Johnson fits your description of a "hard dancer" better then Mya does. We can agree to disagree!

I thought Len was a professional, but obviously he has some kind of vendetta against Mya or Dmitry or both. They are trying so hard to please him and no matter what, they just can't do it. They are so much better than the other couples and just can't seem to catch a break from Len. Joanna ( whom I like to watch very much) lost her balance twice in her dance, scored higher and Aaron (who dances like a dork} got two 10's for heavens sake. What is wrong with this picture.?!

Mya is my absolute favorite this season!! She's the best out of all of them and she deserves to win!

As for Len, I can't put it any better than Carrie did 'Len, is OFFICIALLY smoking crack'! He's insane! Does he need glasses or something? There's two other pro judges sitting on both sides of him and she always wins them over every time. So no, I'm sorry, just because he's a pro does not give him the right to be such so belligerent, cranky, and rude all the time! There's no excuse for that!

This foxtrot was fabulous. The screen at the beginning and end made it really glamorous. They looked stunning. She just flows from move to move effortlessly. That is the best and most hold she has been in all season, and stupid Len gave them a 7. LEN TICKS ME OFF!!!!!!! I'd give them a 10 because there were 0 mistakes.

I'm going to be unpopular, but I can see where Len is coming from. The whole difficulty of the Foxtrot comes from the traditional steps in hold. You take this out and fill it with lots other stuff and you are left with a beautiful looking dance, but a weak Foxtrot.

That's why he marks others higher, as there's more challenging content. He's warned them before so I don't see why Dmitri can't do an entertaining, but more classic routine?? Will be more challenging for Mya, but she can handle it!

What you fail to see that while their routine was entertaining, it still had plenty of content. It is exactly because mya is such a natural that they could go in and out of the traditional hold effortlessly. The quality of her movement is unparalleled this season.

I've been watching ballroom dancing for 20 years, I know about content! Two basic diagonals, brief pivots and an oversway is not a lot of Foxtrot content in hold - however effortlessly she got into it. I'm just saying I can understand Len's comments, as everyone knows he's a traditionalist.

It's not meant to be negative towards Mya at all - she's still utterly brilliant and miles ahead of everyone else! I really hope she wins and that Len ends up on her side.

Haven't watched the Foxtrot of everyone else, but would have given Michael & Mya the same score. Mya is a better mover & does many things better and more smoothly than he does. However he had a more technical approach, stayed in hold for a longer, had more rise and fall and less gapping in hold.

I'm quite traditional - especially with Foxtrot. Everyone else will look for different things in a dance and that's fair enough. I can see where Len's coming from, but I can see why others disagree.

I'm NOT intentionally being negative towards Mya, I can just see why Len made his comments. As a dancer she's streets ahead of everyone, but she needs to include more traditional Foxtrot content to get higher scores from a traditional ballroom judge. A good dance is not necessarily a good ballroom dance. Throw in some technical steps like heel turns, stay in hold for more sequences and his marks will shoot up.

She's a fantastic dancer, but more content will make her fantastic ballroom dancer.

Her rumba was PHENOMENAL. I haven't watched every week so can't comment on Len's comments and scores overall. Was just really speaking about the Foxtrot and his approach to marking ballroom in general.

I'm not pro Len, I just get where he's coming from on this dance and a few others. He does tend to mark the best dancers quite harshly in comparison tot he others though.

I've been voting for Donny but the way Len has been to Mya, I've actually called and thrown in some votes for Mya. I loved this dance and especially the shadow moves at the beginning, a classic movie feeling. One of the best dances of all time was Donald O'Connor doing Make 'Em laugh and there were gimmicks galore. Len really needs to lay off the crack, lol.

Len is a JERK! He doesn't even try and hide his bias. This dance was excellent! It was fun and classy. The begining is very sexy too. I love their chemistry in this dance. The ending was sooo cute!! LOL! If Mya goes home early beacause of Len scoring them so low I'll be pissed!!!
