EASYER walkthrough:

First start in New Zeland, Madagascar, Argentina or peru. If you dont start there, restart, cause you get extra ressistense.

Sell all sintoms, and buy snessing ( unless you already have it)

Wait till 4 nations are infected and sell sneesing to get rid of visivility.

Wait till all countries aré infected, if Madagascar closes his shipyards, restart.

however if you have waterborne trait then it will most likely spread

Although it makes it much harder to spread, the disease/organism may be transferred through thousands of interactions that people preform daily. Symptoms just are the diseases way to speed this along. No symptoms is a lovely way to get earth by the balls before you enact liver failure :D

The easier way to do this and use this awesome guide is to go to arcade pre hacks and do it. You start out with 90000 evolution points.
