  • I think these are good idea and can work if used regularly, if not, then why do women into corsets have such small waists? However, the concern I have with these synthetic materials is you can smell the neoprene, plastic chemicals coming out from the belt, and I have concerns you could be absorbing those toxins into your skin, as it's well documented your skin does absorb things (ever heard of patches?) and this thing is like a huge patch. Does someone make a natural all COTTON one?

  • Sweating does not make you loose fat, it makes you loose water weight.(sweat) This can be very bad for you and make you pass out, i do not recommend this. AT ALL.

    it only sheds off the water weight along the stomach area. If you want to lose the fat try to jog/run with the slimmer belt on (that's what I do now 1-2 times a week). Also do mixed intervals(making the pace fast or slow while jogging, also depends on how intense you want to run) if you want to lose more body fat and look thin.

  • use more high heels and its kinda silly but also ware pantyhose with your high heels as many times as possible. and after a while you should have a nice firm and sexy ass

    they say it works pretty good and you'll look even sexyer
