  • wow!!!

  • you got the paradiddle!!!!

  • dam im not sure you could get much faster around the drums with out over kill i use alot of bass drum in my fills so everbodys different a bit im gonna have to master that beat now thanks great playing dont think ive ever heard anybody go so smooth around the drums that fast unless its just the way the mic picked it up good job for what it's worth

  • In my time of dying is literally a buffet of layering,if you read these, I'd love to see you pick that apart..not as a challenge but to bring the many techniques in that song to light.

  • uh?

  • genius!

  • i think im watching the evolution of early blast beat...

  • Excellent! I hope one day to get at least as good as you are. I have played drums for many years and am learning the bonham riffs now. Thanks for putting this on and keep on having a great time.

  • @jakehendrixman

nope dude, that's one leg xD

  • In the middle part of the song "How many more times", Bonham uses flams instead of single hits I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do recall hearing the flams in that bit. Otherwise great vid.

  • Is he using double base on this? If not, that's one hell of a mechanical right leg

  • This guys using one pedal, from the top views only his right leg is moving, and at the end he did a Bonham classic, quadruplets while keeping the high hat bouncing. Bonham only ever used 1 pedal, and you can listen to such songs as "good times, bad times" by zeppelin to see what he was capable of with it.

  • that's always the best compliment i get. "yeah, but you're using double pedal." (i'm not.)

  • hey man love the sound of the drums toms are great and its good to see youre enjoying it! this should be fun right? keep on dude

  • Im very impressed with fellows like this who can walk-the-drum so to speak. Keeping a perfect time is everything.

    Good work chappy.

  • holy crap that is insane, a freight train of a groove.

  • lmfao this is so great. ppl who say heavy metal is shit makes my day. blast beats originated from John, as you can clearly see :)

  • Man that kick drum sounds amazing!

  • cool man i subbed

  • ooooooo man do i love that part of "How Many More Times"! I'm so glad you showed me the right way to play that!!!!
