Stern lived off Anna until she died.

After she died, he kept living in her home as a squatter & he tried to steal her baby.

He made a will for Anna that gave him everything if Daniel & Anna died.

Today, he is living off Annas baby.

I agree with ya iloveannanicole. NOBODY forced her to do anything she didn't want to do.. It was that way on her show. She was a Very powerfull voiced woman that got mixed up with drugs,, But If I had a mother like Anna did. I think I would of been on something also.

Thank you. I think if anything, Anna wore the pants in almost all of the relationships she had. It wasn't like you could have an intervention and say, "if you don't stop doing this, we won't talk to you anymore or you'll be cut off of money" because she was already spending money she didn't have, or as quickly as she got it. And if someone disagreed with her, on a big issue, they were out of her life by her decision before they got the chance to offer that as a consequence.

Since when is someone arrested for being a "principle enabler"? Has anyone seen the show Intervention? How many of those parents are "principle enablers"? They would never arrest them. How was this determined to be a conspiricy? Her drs and nurses should've been monitering obviously and it is one of the saddest things that's happened in MY life. I care about her. But I think the mistake was made by her, that night. This is ridiculous. There should definitely be NO charges against Howard.

Howard Stern was sleeping with a client! He was giving his clients drugs! He was not, as her LAWYER looking out for her best interest in which he had a duty to do. He will be disbarred!

He had already taken himself off of her case, his firm began handling it, but not him a little while after they became publicly closer. He was there as a moral supporter in terms of legalities at that point. He was giving her drugs she was prescribed. They were dangerous, yes, but one person can't save someone. And the night she died was an unfortunate accident.

Howard was her attorney and she was his only client. He had sex with a client and was not looking out for the best interest of his client. When did he take himself off the case, date please? I want to see if you did your homework. Mr Stern was not a part of a firm, his address at the bar was his apartment not a firm.

I can't find the transcripts (that's what I was doing this whole week, searching and searching jk haha) of the show I saw it on, and it came from Anna and Howard's mouths when they were together, so you may not believe it anyway. Who was Ron Rale then? Who was Micheal Scott? And why were they speaking out for Anna instead of Howard? I know the mailing address you are talking about & that was a talent agency he & Anna set up, I doubt even all that seriously. It was called "Smoochie Lips".

Every account of Howard and Anna meeting involved "his partners", not people he shared an apartment with,would that not be a lawfirm? who were the people above, & who were the people doing most of the public speaking? Not Howard. How was he not looking out for her best interest? Even if I am entirely wrong about the interview given & misinterpreted what was said, there are far more inappropriate relationships, & he was obviously willing to take the risk of being disbarred because he loved her.

I just wanted to add, I am not saying that the lawyers I named were Howard's partners, I know definitely one of them was not, Micheal Scott was her Bahamian attorney. I don't know by names. But I am saying that there were other lawyers who took on the cases and were involved much more than Howard K. Stern after everything became public. Also, a lawyer and a client having a sexual relationship is not the same thing as something like a teacher and a student, or a counselor and a patient.

the doctor sent her 2 pounds of drugs! TWO POUNDS (the weight of the package is on the mailing label) two pharmacys said no because the pharmacy told the doctor mixing the meds would kill someone. the doctor went to another pharmacy and had them sent to anna, under a different name which is illegal.

This is just political. I'm worried about the presdent this will set for doctors who prescribe narcotics to people in real pain. I don't know how they can charge him now. This is B.S in my opinion. As a sufferer from chronic pain, someone who needs some of the meds Anna was on, I worry about what this will change for doctors. Poor Howard. I do not think this is right.
