There is nothing wrong with calling the president coloured. Coloured is actually a legitimate term in many countries for a mixed person. Example, virtually all African-Americans have a substantially higher European or Caucasian DNA makeup than their black African counterparts. In Africa, African-Americans are generally describes as coloured rather than black or African, because they're genetically different that common black Africans.
