@bbsath add some cardio -- low intensity, longer duration if you want to lose weight. Run 3 times a week relatively slowly for 45 min and do this for 3 days a week and you will most likely lose weight. I will try to same :)

@bighands69 I do it twice a week. I don't have the time to do it every day; maybe 4 times per week tops. I also use the bicycle a couple times a week. I've lost 4kg already, but I had to stop due to an unrelated injury. As soon as I get well, I'll continue. It definitely works. :D

i just had a baby 7 weeks ago and my doctor gave me the ok to start working out, i started today but i had a c section so i cant just do all the workouts but by 5 mins i was already tired i think as the day progresses i can start adding more exercises :)
@ALLrevolution Nope, your body will adapt to the workout and then you won't really work you out the same. You might want to do it twice a week, MAX. Incorporate other workouts. Lift some weights if you have access to a gym

@kristyblakeskyla More than needed. You will exercising in a pool of your own sweat. Thats some major calorie burning. I tried it once and I lost 12 pounds in a week by doing it every day.

The calories you burn when working out are not that important. It is really difficult to quantify calorie burn due different people having different metabolic systems.
The calories that people burn after they work out are more important.
Think exercise as being a mean to program your metabolism so as to be more active. Do not get bogged down by calories used per work out as there is no one figure due to people having different bodies.
@Clemenza991 This workout is nothing to laugh at... i have done this videos and they are incredibly exhausting... dont believe me, try it yourself. This is the 20 min workout which is the most extreme of all the videos. You will drag your thong all over the floor.
the Max Plyo Cardio workout (Insanity) lasts 55 minutes and amost the rest of the workouts of the second month are between 45 and 55 minutes... what you are doing is really easy! insanity is so damn hard is the best workout you can ever imagine! mind blowing results and too fun :D

The fit test alone is enough to tell you how hard you have to push yourself. It kicked my a** and I'm still feeling it after an hour of being finished with it. Then you you have the warm up. Who the hell call the fist 25- mins a warmup. That s*** is not a warmup it a suicide workout. It killed me and couldn't even finish it. This workout is no joke.
If i were to do this for a couple months do you think i would gain any noticable results? Looking for a quicker workout like this one but dont know if only 20 mins is enough? What do you guys think. Im 6'2 230. Not huge but have a gut from college and want to be in better shape when i get home!
just finished and i can honestly say im EXHAUSTED. after the first 6 mins i was tired but i pushed through to the end. stopped a few times for a couple seconds though. definitely gonna download this onto my pc to keep =)

my wrestling couch gives us harder workouts and always says (if you cant take it your not fit for the sport) which is actually true roman wrestling is one of the tufest grapling sports ever no wonder they use it in mma ufc

weather people believe it or not the P90x workout realy works i lost 50lbs in 3 working tuesdays and thersdays only but the workout only works if you want it to i mean you realy have to push yourself not just eh its guna be easy and i can just blow throuh no if you dont get the results you want its because you are not working to your full ability if you feel tired during the workout dont stop you need to push even harder because the feeling of exhastion will only help you in the long run P90X
i started doing this 20 min workout for the first time after an yr that i had my son & omg it is so far the best one ive found and boy does it make me sore lol

If you really wanted to you could do these work outs 7 days a week but that would not be productive.
Once or twice a week combined with other exercises like running or weight training or bicycle. it all depends how many days a week you want to train.

@gregwife05 light breakfast..2 eggs/ 2 toast..lunch salad with meat/..light dinner..one white chicken breast/veggies..eat viggies all the time..if you have a juicer..use that..if you have a dog..walk him/her in the morning before work 1 hr and at night 1hr before bed time

@FreerealmsVideoss 80lbs is TOO THIN for a 12 year old. It's normal to want to probably lose maybe 10 Pounds at the most but 60?! too thin.. :(

weather people believe it or not the P90x workout realy works i lost 50lbs in 3 working tuesdays and thersdays only but the workout only works if you want it to i mean you realy have to push yourself not just eh its guna be easy and i can just blow throuh no if you dont get the results you want its because you are not working to your full ability if you feel tired during the workout dont stop you need to push even harder because the feeling of exhastion will only help you in the long run P90X
