i have this game it is a very good game and all my family do it. i lost a lot of weight in a few days everybody should have wii fit you might think it is going to be hard but it is really fun so go to your shop and get a wii fit it ROCKS!!!

i have this game...its awsome!! i lost like 4lbs in the first few days...it will tell you when to take a break and the running is fun...the more you play the more stuff you unlock.yoga is hard though...i did 84 push-ups in one night...my arms hurt alot...the games not even mine lolz its my moms and i play it the most...
