Why would anyone be surprised that Demokrat made a racial comment? After all, Demokrats gave us a gun control based on racial preferences. Most prominent KKK were Demokrats. Racial card is all Dems have. It is beneficial for them to keep minorities down and dependent on goobment.

The comment is racist because it implies that Latinos are not thinking human beigns able to make their own decisions as to what is right. If you bother to look at the actual history of the USA, you find it is the DEMOCRATS that are racist. In the past by subverting civil rights and in the present by trying to keep people of color on the welfare rolls by rigging it so that it's difficult to get out on your own.

Many mestizo Latinos/Latinas/Hispanics are ashamed to admit that they have Mongolian(i.e.,Native American(Aztec/Mayan,etc.) DNA so they are racist towards Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. peoples. Latinos are naturally Republican.
