Wouldn't it have been somehting if Reva had said to Phillip "I'll give you credit where credit is due, you took their Marriage alot better than Joshua did when I married HB back in the day."

I think that Reva was in some ways very angry at Phillip with some justification. If he hadn't had his "breakdown" maybe Alan wouldn't have tried to control everything and everyone, and maybe Jonathan would have stayed in Springfield.

Phillip and Reva's friendship has always been a hoot. Reva iconic scene #2 (after the fountain scene) was Reva dancing on the bar to Tina Turner while Phillip danced around her. That was awesome! These two have always had an unconventional friendship and it has always been fun to watch. And now they share a grandkid together.

Can't remember the job thing, but Reva & Phil DID have a friendship. Did u know it was drunken Phil frustrated over his life (& of course Beth) that came on to Reva at a party & started the ruckus between Jeva that became the reva- in- the- fountain scene? Also Reva/Phil danced crazy wild together when John B played Phil for a short time. Wished Reva/Phil had far more scenes together. GA / KZ acting together in intense scenes could have been SCARY good. Always wanted Beth & Reva to be friends.

Jeez, the more things change the more they stay the same. Reva was for a hot minute Phillip's Stepmother, they have a Grandchild in common, Daisy was once Phillip's Stepchild, and Phillip still has alot of "Problematic" Issues.

Was it true that back in the day, Phillip helped Reva out when she fell on hard times including helping her get a job at Cedars as a Nurse's Aide.
