It's not really an error,i think i unzipped it,but when i paste it into the ROUTE folder,and then oppen it to check if its there,it has like,half a page of paper,and the name of it is wordpad document scrap RAR

Did you unrar the .rar archive? Then did you paste the folder named MRoute in the ROUTES folder? There may be another folder by a different name but the MROUTE folder is the one that has to go in the ROUTES folder. Also if you could get the exact error message or post a link to a screenshot that will help.

You have to go into Start > Programs > Microsoft Games > Train Simulator > Train Simulator Editors and Tools. This will give you access to the route editor and route geometry extractor. If for some reason the Editors and Tools are missing from this location you may need to reinstall train sim.

You need to use the MSTS route editor. Use the Train Simulator Editors and Tools option from the Start > All Programs > Microsoft Games > Train Simulator menu. First you will need to use the route geography extractor to make terrain and then you can use route editor. See the help files inside of the editors and tools program for more info.
