He actually is not that technical with his drumming. And I don't see how you would say his drum strokes have more power. He switches between acoustics and triggers far too often to tell. If you have ever watched Marco play live or in a video, you will notice his struggle to keep time at high tempo's. John is just incredibly fluid and has much more endurance. Marco is incredibly simple other than speed too. Just straight Joey Jordison type fills.

actually, I talked to him and the rest of the origin (not jeremy because he doesnt tour) and the were awesome. my friend loves them and the were more than willing to help us when i ran out of summer slaughter because i thought i saw tosin abasi outside and the venue would not let us back in so they gave us extra tickets they had.
one must realize that touring is very difficult and wears you down, especially when you travel in a van.
Bullshit, he's very nice. After a concert he gave a little explenation about his drumming techniques to someone, even letting him try the axis pedals.

That drummer is pretty awesome, maybe better than john. He's actually better than alot of DM drummers, but i dont think he's touched George or Inferno just yet
