Actually Russian population had stopped declining recently. But Russia still has some 2 to 4 mln of migrants incomming that work ILLEGALY. Now its the right time for Russia to close the borders for these migrants.
@Bellybeard I think France has a system similar to that of Russia. I'm not a racists or anything but I don't want to lose my Job, Culture, and Heritage. I think it should be very difficult to go to another country to live there. If you want to vacation in my country to look at the sights and have a fun time, no problem I just don't want you overpopulating my nation. I have nothing against Blacks, I'm married to one, but we have enough trouble as it is taking care of people already here.
