...but if you're truly concerned about people having children they can't afford, then you should oppose the welfare state. Which is essentially a program that pays women to do just that (have children they can't afford).

Plus I'm sick of seeing the beautiful valleys in my state turned into housing developments, highways and garbage dumps. This place was alot nicer when there were fewer people.
