I think the real "Ktulu" is spelled Cthulhu. Hetfield spelled it incorrectly "Ktulu" on purpose because he wanted everyone to pronounce it correctly. There's interview material saying that it's one of his biggest regrets in his career.

Why do so many people have to hate one or the other? Metallica and Megadeth are both sick ass bands. I have never been a fan of megadeth I think it is because his singing style gets on my nerves. I equate his singing with those so called metal bands with the singers who growl. But I think mustaine's guitar style is balls to the wall awesome. I wish I could get that crazy tone.. My brother is huge fan of both Metallica and Megadeth. While I favor Metallica and Pantera.

Nothing wrong with good old Megadeth. I grew up with both Megadeth and Metallica. Metallica just edged it, slightly because of killer tracks from Kill em' all like Seek n' destroy, Four Horsemen (written partly by Mustaine) Motorbreath, no remorse etc. After Burton's death and that horribly disapointing 'And justice for all' and the totally depressing 'Black album' I kinda wished they'd just called it a day. Look at them now I mean. Numetal pop act or what?

These were the days. Loved 'Kill em' all' and 'Ride the lightning'. Then they went shit. Apart from the occassional inspirational numbers like 'Unforgiven' and 'Nothing else matters' they sucked. Larrs Ulrich is a bald headed midget who should have been kicked out long before Dave Mustaine was given the boot. Metallica should be sued and made to drop the Metal from their name. its insulting both to us real metal heads and teenagers who go to see whatever numetal pop band they're touring with.
