Vladimir Horowitz plays Scarlatti K 466

Wonderful how the expression comes from within the printed page. Though I think I'm right in thinking H learnt pieces then dispensed with the score. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I wouldn't think Scarlatti put in much in the way of dynamics though.

Is the tempo not a bit fast for Andante Moderato? If I counted correctly he's on at least 120 bpm if not more?!

@JoannaJakmaDesign Well, my tutor said she believes Scarlatti certainly didn't write the piece in Andante Moderator for the harpsichord. Andante Moderator is just an edition tempo.
