I agree. Warrior came back smaller 1992 because steroids were banned by the US government in 1991. He was still fit. Just going by the rules since McMahon was under the microscope of federal prosecutors.

Warrior seeks to strengthen himself and admits his survival of the event was due to the motivation of his fans.
