I guess I shouldn't be so amazed by all the idiotic and hurtful things that people write on YouTube, but I am. I've been on YouTube since the beginning, and it's pretty much a cesspool of idiots (along with a lot of nice, normal people, too). Instead of making snide comments, though, maybe a few of you might go look up Klinefelter's Syndrome and learn something? This guy chose to show you a very personal thing, and you should be grateful for that.

Hi, I too have Klinefelters Syndrome, have been on Sustanon 250 injections for 20yrs, the manafacture has stopped making them, so ive started the gel, Testim gel . How long have you been taking the gel? Are your moods ok on it?

How do you check if you have KS? Do you just walk up to your doctor and ask for a karyotype/DNA test?

@kleash That might work? Your doctor will probably want to check the size of your balls first though, just to make sure there's an indication. Of course you can save yourself the cost and check the size of your own balls, if you're male?

@kleash Make an appointment with an endrocrinologist (doctors who specialize in problems related to hormones) and tell her/him your symptoms. That's the first step.

I have Klinefelters, fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndrome, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have spent just over a year on 3 separate occasions bedridden. I take just over 5,000mg per day of a collection of nerve pain killers. I can't work out, I can barely walk most of the time.

So Good for you and your big arms. Gel works great for me, I started with shots and the doctors switched me to the gel.

You need to keep rubbing it in until the skin is dry to the touch to have maximum absorption. Looks like you might be wasting quite a bit of it through evaporation and it getting on your shirt.

I am using the gel but my testosterone is not increasing. I started out using one pack and now the doc said to use two packs a day. So I will see on my next test.

Application should be using just one or two fingers rather than the whole palm so as much of it as possible is absorbed in the key areas.
