Why are you in asia doing this? and not singing along to the whole song? And how do you come up with the fanchants? Who decide what to sing, and how come all the fans know what to sing?

@Hanksss If fans just sang along then you wouldn't be able to hear their voices and appreciate the performance. That's why they shout phrases or the artists names when they are singing. The Korean ELF's decide what to shout, probably on a forum and the fans know the chants because they are posted everywhere on the net.
